Monthly Maintenance

Three Rivers Pool & Spas features two different monthly maintenance programs to meet the specific needs of our customers. The first is our weekly service, which is very popular for vacation rentals and spas that get a lot of usage. Our second service program is our bi-monthly service. With this service, we make 2 visits per month to service your spa. This service is great for private homes (non-rentals) and spas that do not get too much usage, where the sanitization and chemical needs are not as high.

Maintenance Services Provided:
Three Rivers Pool & Spa will perform the following services upon each visit;
A check of the water chemistry (and adjustment as necessary)
An inspection of the system and its components
Inspection of the filter cartridge (and subsequent clean if necessary)
A cleaning of the spa and spa cover
Tub to be drained and refilled as necessary
Chemicals included in monthly fee
Cost of replacement items (such as new filter cartridges) not included in fee
Minor repairs will be performed promptly at a rate of $65 per hour + parts
Any major repairs (anything estimated over $150) we will notify you for approval of work/repairs.
